This needs to be un-revamped, if that's possible. The old one was so nice where everything with the keyword typed in the search box came up in a drop-down menu. Now it's just a few items that show up and it's overall quite useless in its present state. I'm grateful for SL in that respect, but it's a pain to have to go off-site for something like that.

Agreed. The sheer lack of accuracy with the current is annoying, to say the very least.

I thought it was merely a bug and reported it. Hasn't been replied to by any staff member. But it definitely needs more improvement. New items don't even show up, and there are way fewer suggestions than there should be.

Yeah, this definitely needs improvement. The random suggestions can be interesting, but they are not that useful!

I miss the old version as well.

The new shop search itself would be fine if... drumroll it was working as intended.

I made a bug report about lack of autofill on new items (anything released since the end of February) here but it hasn't received a response in over two weeks.

Wow. I didn't even know this was a problem since I always use the sidebar widget, but it's awful now that I've noticed. "Professor New Dusty" refuses to auto-complete to anything other than "Professor New Overkill Dusky Curls", and I'm sure there are better (worse?) examples. I wonder why it's so inaccurate.

Well, now the shop search doesn't autocomplete at all. Again.

It's a real pain that it went from suggesting 10-20 items, depending, to roughly 5 at a time. Sometimes I can't quite remember the name of something and it almost never turns up with this new search.

Yeah, it was auto filling 15ish items after users complained about only 5. Then someone broke it so it wasn't working at all and when it came back again it only did 5. It also didn't recognize new items. Now it's completely fucked again.

It seems the copy and paste feature doesn't work either. I've noticed the shop search hasn't been working properly for a long time. Now it seems we can't copy and paste an item name into the shop search because it no longer works. I wonder if all these changes are really needed when it use to work just fine :(.

I was trying to look in my vault to see if I have a quest item for saggi and the copy and paste item name feature won't work...

Yeah, now it's not working at all.

Also account search. If you don't type in an exact item name of something, it says it can't find it. It doesn't do the suggested list of items anymore.

So whatever was done to this function today, or whatever was done that messed with it, can it please be undone/fixed? :)

Just use Subetalodge. It may not search for words out of order but it's still a huge help with items you can only partially figure out. c:

I know it can't be return to how it was before being completely screwed up because there was some valid reason for changing it, but why does this version keep breaking?
