First I read my pet Sailor Mercury Modern Science Volume 1, and it gave me an alchemy point. Made sense, I guess, I don't keep track. Read them Stripes immediately afterward, though I saw another alchemy point notice but had already clicked on another book. I got yet another notification on the Korean Textbook that she'd gained one. However, when I went to check the number she actually has, there are no extra points on her total.

I wasn't sure where to put it, but since it has to do with items this ended up being the place. If I need to repost it elsewhere, please let me know.

The same thing just happened to me. Normally, you only earn an alchemy point for every 16 books read to your pet, not for each single book read. This is just a glitch.

I figured; that's how I know SailorMercury didn't have more points than she was supposed to. But it should probably be fixed into not giving even the fake notification of a point, hence the post to bring it to staff's attention.

Yeah just happened to me too... read 2 books to my pet and both times he gained an Alchemy Point.

Gonna hold off and hope this gets fixed please.

This just happened to me too I read about 10 books to different pets and they each gained an alchemy point for each book I read to my pets

Happening to me too. Keeping track he has gained every point he's supposed to and no others, but it's giving me the alert for every book I read.

I experienced it also with several books read today yet there was no real alchemy point gain for the pets, only the notification.

Same problem. That was definitely not a multiple of 16.

I just read a couple of books to my pet and got the following message each time:

[Quote]__________ has been read to Acajou! Your pet has gained an alchemy point![/quote]

However, my pet did NOT gain any AP. Acajou currently has 92 AP and 1476 Int. Which means I won't get another AP for 12 more books. Its annoying and confusing getting this message every time I read a book.

I put a ticket in about this. The programmers are aware and are dealing with it
