Is Keith the only programmer for this site? If so, I'm really surprised. It seems like there should at least be some kind of on-call person for fixing problems like this.

I agree! I'm used to things messing up around here, but it would be nice for them to let people know what's going on and when it might be fixed =/

I'm hoping that the quiet means that they're busy working on the problem. Unfortunately we've got no way of knowing that, so even a quick "We're aware of the problem and are trying to fix it" would be nice.

In any case, fixing this and restocking really do need to take the highest priority right now, because so much else on Subeta ties into it.

I agree that at this point the problem won't even get a second look until Tuesday, at which point we're looking at a full week with a major bug :( Keeping my fingers crossed that we'll get some news soon!

I too thought i was just having a really bad run of luck while questing !! hoping they fix it ASAP !!
