I can't even see the post written by the staff. O_O I received the event that someone of the staff posted on here but I'm not seeing the post.

I did. Like a dozen times. His post didn't show up for about 8 minutes after I got the alert, then all of a sudden it was there :)

I think it showed up after the first person posted on page 2.

- there seems to be a different problem now. The shop search says there is 1 in stock but in lots of cases there is many more in the actual npc shop.

Also some of the items in the npc shops have very large numbers in stock. For example: Hot Dog 497 sP 160 in stock

Jim the Trainer Trading Card 2,254 sP 152 in stock

no the stock amounts are ridiculous even though it says 1 in stock

Now they're not showing items that are in stock, at all. At least not all of them.

We seem to just be patching one hole and causing something else to pop open, with this one XD

I've shop-searched quite a few items that are actually in stock in the NPC shops. None of them are showing up as being in stock.

Oh, wow, this thread is pretty old! I haven't had any issues until just now. Well at least I didn't know, if it appeared before, but yesterday I still found a lot of my quest items in NPC shops via Shop search: (Pasting from another thread)

I found a book in the Book Nook, that I wanted to buy. But because I had consecutive pages in the tab, which I didn't want to lose, I used shop search in another tab, but the book did not appear as being stocked in the NPC shop. Maybe inbetween someone had bought the book? I refreshed Book Nook, the book was still there. I tried shop search again - no sign of said book. I went to buy it in Book Nook after all, actually expecting a "sold out" message, but I could buy it without problems.
