It is working as intended. The time it gives just says the latest that it will put you in a new session. So lets say that you have five hour sessions. It will put you in for a session and then continue to do that for 24 hours. Well the last one it'll put you in is around 20 hours. That means that you will still be in that last training session for an hour after the auto-training stops. It still has to finish the session.

Do you have enough sP out? You still have to pay the sP price per session in addition to the CSC. The CSC just covers putting you in, the sP covers the session.

Nope! Sorry :( It says it on the front page of the auto-training in that yellowish banner and it also says how much sP it will cost under the train buttons for each pet.
