So basically I put your username in a slot for 700 CSC, the batch will go into a staff queue waiting for approval and when it gets approved by staff you will receive your copy (if it gets denied your CSC will be returned to your account, the artist will fix and I will resubmit) - sometimes it takes up to a week for approval (please have enough CSC on hand when requesting to slot) but you can always look at your paid slots by going to cash shop "custom wearables", then 'create cw', and top of the page should say "You have made payments for one or more pending custom clothing items. Click here to view them." Hope that explains!
