i think i'm in the right place to post this?

i was fixing my HA and buying an extra layer. i forgot i didn't have enough sp on hand so the message popped up, i went to get more sp from the vault and tried again. i didn't get the extra layer so i refreshed, but after that, everything was wiped and the hair layer is gone from the default layers, opening the hair salon doesn't make it appear either.

[edit] im not sure but something similar happened again, i changed a bit of the base, the eyes, and went back to reload the wardrobe again, but the entire thing is wiped even though i had saved everything beforehand.

things seem to be working fine now, it might just have been me. but it was odd that everything was wiped.
