We rolled back the changes to the system that resulted in these huge numbers, and also rolled back the achievements to the state they were in last night. :/

Have you gone to the "edit shop" part of your shop. That should activate it.

The programmers are aware of this error and are looking into it. There is a board up in the quest/games subforum :)

As I posted on the page before, this is a separate and known issue that they are looking into. None of the achievements with "required items" are currently working. There is a board up on quest/games issues if you want to post there :D
