For my Commander K. I also had just a wallpaper artwork I've done for him a while ago ;) Same goes for Marius J. So it is also possible to make a profile just based on a simple artwork ^^

I put the profile onto Hairless and its looking great! The story link is much easier to click now and the flowers hide less of the treasure, but I do think it'd look better with her overlay moved left and up a bit so it wasn't overlapping or overlapped by anything <3 I feel like it'd look a bit neater.

I'm back from the hospital and working on graphics. I have a quick question - the outlines and the transparent backgrounds on the profiles, are those coded or are they graphics? Just need to know what all I need to make so I can have all the stuff ready. Working on a layout idea to show as well, which is why it suddenly occurred to me the outlines might not be coded. >.>

Basically I can do borders of rectangular images and I can do drop shadows of these images. I'm not entirely sure what you mean with transparent backgrounds. If an image is saved with transparency as .gif or .png then it also will be displayed as those ^^;

The part where the text is for Example 3 looks like it's transparent, as the background doesn't show as well in that area. I wasn't sure if that was a coded effect or an actual background image for the text area.

The text is a simple image with transparent background. The area where the background doesn't show well is the a half-transparent background of the box where the TC items are put in. You can imagine it like layers put on each other. This is actually the image for Marius' name (it's very hard to see because it's purely white click here and it is put upon everything else ^^

I got all the art elements done, though I am waiting on some artwork I won during Vesnali for it - I have a silly placeholder for it right now, and can just find the image in the code later and swap it.

These are the layout mockups I did. The idea I had was to take and have what looks like a "normal" pet image in the profile, but when you mouse over it, that image appears to slide up and other images of the pet slide down - sort of like how the sidebar for Commander K works, but vertical instead of horizontal. It is a neat trick, since the art is all one image, but the sliding around makes it seem like it's not. The two profile layouts show the idea in each state; I threw some quick lines on it (some of which didn't show up right) so the parts were more visible, but the lines would be coded, not actual images of course.

I don't know if it's possible, but can the inventory scroll on mouse over? I keep getting inventory expansions through random events and through just trying to expand the pet's inventory in general, and I'm thinking ahead. I've already had one pet get nearly 30 inventory spaces just from random events alone (it's the only random event that pet ever gets), so I just want to be sure that the whole inventory will be seen if it gets huge like that. If not, I'll make the inventory backdrop larger, and we can do a drop down/up on mouse over for the ones framing the text space instead?

EDIT: And I do have a background. I jut didn't throw it on the layout things.

Just to be sure, you want pet image to slide around, right? The area you called sidebar is fixed? And no sliding etc? Whith the "infinite" scrolling of the TC I do see a bit troubles. I did separate the TC areas for Marius because I have a fixed amount of TC items on all of my pets and could place each item seperately. Yeah, I want the pet image to slide - the top image is the visible, non mouse over image, and the three below it are the mouse over image that I'll replace once I get my Vesnali arts. The sidebar is fixed and there for just looks.

As for the TC area, that makes sense. I'll just not worry about it for now because the pet's not near maxing out the area provided yet.

I put all the art assets in a folder here; Stars.png is the background. I'd like the framing lines to be the colour - I pulled it from the sidebar image.

I see in your folders are also solid unicolor background images for the boxes. As said I can also code them, just as the rounded corners, borders and drop-shadow. Sorry if my explanations where not specific enough ^^; I Also can do half-transparent unicolor backgrounds for the single boxes.

For the TC, then I would need to know which item you want to be placed where. Means, I begin in the upper TC area and fill with with TC item 1-20, the right TC area I fill with 21-30 and so on. What you did not have filled in Tc won't appear obviously and the order you can set in your TC directly.

Ah, okay. I can easily get rid of them on the images for the name and pet image and just have the backgrounds be code - yay photoshop layering. Give me a minute and I'll have them redone.

I'd like the top TC area to be the first group, the bottom TC are to be the second group, and the side TC area to be the third group.

No worries, I won't be able to start coding before Monday sadly.

Okies. I got the Name graphic without a background, the Pet slider with no background, and a version of the sidebar with no rounded corners (because I wasn't really happy with them - photoshop was being a brat with them) up. I want all four corners of the profile box to be rounded, I think it just looks better than sharp edges.

For the TC areas, I'm thinking ten in the top and bottom, and seven on the side - 27 is a lucky number for me, and it should take a bit to get to that number of treasure for her.

I did a first scratch and positioned all elements. Sadly the slider image is too long, so either I would do the picture it smaller in whole or parts of it would be cut off. You decide ^^ Also there are many randomly floating things, please ignore these. Just look on those I have positioned if anything would be not for your likes or you would like to change :)
