keep seeing the sun terracoon randomly & a lot of lag every 3-5 mins.

Same. I couldn't get on the site at all for 2 hours, either the terracoon or 404 error or 502 error. Now I'm at least able to get on, but indeed still horrible lag, and the damn terracoon appearing constantly.

This lag is getting ridiculous and it's been going on all morning. Status site shows nothing other than "Some services are experiencing issues."

Tip: don't try and buy from token shop when site is laggy XD I tried to buy something like 3 times and it took my tokens and didn't give me items :P stupid pile of chibi fruits :P

I will be absolutely tickled pink if this message even posts. But yeah, this has been going on since I first tried to get on an hour ago and it is AWFUL. I'm not the first or last to say this, but you guys should maybe post on your facebook about whats happening, unless there are literal fires you are putting out?

I believe the "Some systems are experiencing issues." thing on the status page has been there for several weeks or so? Someone forgot to turn it off, but I guess it would only be a matter of time since it would become accurate again, lol.

I'm wondering what excuse they'll come up with this time to explain why we weren't informed in a timely manner what's going on.

Dude. Crap. I just realized I've lost like 4k tokens from trying to buy from BHH/the token shop. Awesome.

I also lost tokens trying to buy from the TS. :(

Staff needs to get their butts in gear today. Nearly four hours of this on again/off again lag is really irritating.

Well, I made the mistake and tried to buy something from the SubQ during this lag... now I'm stuck with a bunch of replicas. Gonna file a ticket once all that has settled down a bit. People who did the same or bought from stores in general should probably check their inventory as well. As far as I know, no extra sP was consumed after the purchase (okay, I noticed it consumed ALL of my SubQ invites, omg). Hopefully staff can fix this lag soon!

haha yeah. I got a screenshot of them. I don't remember the exact number of tokens I had before, but I guess I'll be filing a ticket to try to get them back. nI was just refreshing and didn't even think to check my currencies.

I also saw the 3 items. I kept trying to buy the Time Machine. I could refresh the BHH page, but when clicking on the item, it would error. Didn't even check if it would take my tokens. :(

Same for me. I don't know if all my tokens disappeared because of the Token Shop or BHH but that's seriously annoying.

That wasn't 3 rs at a time. At first there was just the Muse, then I saw the book, then I saw the Time Machine. The last one has been on my wishlist since forever and I couldn't get any of them. I had about 35k tokens this morning and tonight 101 tokens left... I tried so hard to get this Time Machine I guess it spent all my tokens... SO...SAD... and very disappointed. I just filed a ticket actually. For the screens I was on Skype so I sent screenshots if you want to see :
