I think I posted this elsewhere, and Im not sure if I should make a ticket, some one said they think its an on going problem but...

I completed Never Ever Safe, the paranoid plushie achievement and it wont click over to being done (I posted about this I wanna say a week ago)

then today I went to try and complete Mage Amulet Collector and it wont register the items in my inventory...

can someone please tell me if I should make a ticket or whats going on with this as its very frustrating...

Im sorry if this irritates you but I figure you are the know how on this, from what Im seeing from the other achievement problems...so...please forgive me. I know your quite busy...
