There are way to many rules....To bad they don't have a part in the system that when you first submit it and waiting for slots to be paid that you can alter the name or description without canceling the whole thing and starting again. You can no longer touch it once all paid and in for Subeta approval. I just need to be more careful and diligent. And remember how to type the title and stuff in properly.

Yea it happened fast. Violin caught it when she got the ping for her copy. So she quickly contacted me. I had put the name in all caps (BLACK NIGHT...) and it shouldn't have been (Black Night was how it should be). We weren't sure if Subeta would accept it and fix it or not. PLUS I apparently didn't know how to spell the word waist...it became wasit. head desk I wasn't overly upset with that...could have been just kinda funny...but we wanted to make sure with the title. BUT now I am not 100% sure if they will let the hip blades thru cus I did the same thing there in all caps...So now it a waiting game. And I didn't want to cancel that and start again cus everyone had paid except one person...which now they are all paid and waiting approval..so I guess we will know in a few days.
Submit a ticket! Let them know you're aware you made a mistake and that it was supposed to be "_____" and just submit the correct title. That might prevent a denial if it was going to be denied on name alone.

There is - its under custom clothing tickets - just use the generic one and they'll direct it to Jessi :)
Found it and submitted a note to them. I really wish there was a way that you could edit your submission once people have started paying but before it went to staff. That would make stupid mistakes like this easier to deal with.
Yeah - it always makes me cranky if I have to cancel, but I think it's so people don't change something on customers who won't see the change until its approved.
True, but most people aren't buying the name or the description...I hope most people aren't. I can see not allowing the CI or the item to be changed. Cus that is what people go for ...
