Is restocking a game or a site function? I can't tell, please move if this is in the wrong section.

Shops are taking 40 minutes or so to restock. Is this a function of the new method of averaging things out? Are they averaging things out with the shops that are never restocking in 46 years?

I know there was an Announcement of changes in restock times, it's possible I misread or misunderstood it. Maybe this isn't a bug and restocking is supposed to go this way.

I have to believe this is a glitch because nothing is actually RSing. It's the same cheap items in the shop every time and I haven't nabbed a good RS since Friday. Grooming Parlour hasn't RSed in almost 3 hours now.

Is this still ongoing? I haven't been RSing much lately, but I noticed this morning that the RS times were unusually high (14+ minutes at the Bake Shop)

Thanks for the update! I noticed that some shops have more or less normal RS times, so that is definitely hopeful.
