Go ahead and file a ticket regarding the missing item. :)

It's no problem at all!

On the top navigation bar you want to hover over "Subeta" and select "Tickets" from the drop-down menu.

On the top right of that page there is a button to "Create". Pick the most relevant category for the report - in this case Missing - Items would likely work best.
