Neutral, but in a good way.

I already wrote a story for you about why your HA went to jail, so I suppose she's evil :P But she doesn't think of herself that way. She would say she's neutral, no better or worse than anyone else. She's just doing what she needs to do to survive in an increasingly cutthroat world. But secretly, she has her doubts; she knows she'd go farther than most others would if it benefited her. Deep in her heart, she knows she's evil; she's surprised to find she doesn't actually care.

Evil, we can see it in your eyes. You are the cliche kind, pretends to be good and fools all the people from your small town, but you are a psycho. They think you save animals, but what you do with them... It's unholy.

EVIL. But in a wholesome, slightly good-ish way. Like, you give people raisin cookies and tell them that they're chocolate chip.

has an oiled up loinclothed hero-barbarian-thief locked up in her dungeons at this very moment. It's not like she has to work at it or go and get them. At any moment in the extensive gardens surrounding her forbidden palace you can find two or three racking their tiny brains trying to figure out how to get in with the biggest dramatic splash.
