Basically the achievements recently got stacked into tiers, so they are getting around to changing the wording of each one to be generic

(So rather than getting one achievement for 1 quest, another for 5, and for 20, 100, so forth - You are working on several tiers of one achievement) So that's why sometimes the wording is outdated, but the achievement page should always be right :)
