I really wouldn't know what the difference is :P (sorry!)
cheesecake or chocolate?
BTW for those wondering about my weird foods:
lard=pigfat. It is natures own saturated trans-fat. Before the invention of Crisco lard was "the thing" to bake with. Made with it as the shortening, cakes were fluffier pie crusts crisper and pastry was heavenly light. In particular for flour tortillas, it makes them crisp up nicely without burning.
Yuzu apple-pears are the chinese version they look more like pears and are seasonal. They're strongly flavored but soft. Think musky semi-ripe pineapple. Mutsu apple-pears are one japanese version and have a longer season, they're crisp and juicy and can take more handling. They look appley and their skin is not as nice to eat. Their flavor is very mild, think fresh jicama.
Yeah, I know weird food stuff. :)
Latkes. It looks really yummy. Feijoada or farofa?
