Lime jello with shredded carrots raisins and walnuts, or Peach jello with canned peach slices
Probably the peach kind, just because I don't care for lime so much...
pork loin roast with a side of red sauerkraut, or beef roast with potatoes, carrots, and gravy?

Thank you. It won't, my assistance dog has been battling cancer for 6 years and today is his last day. :(
Beef roast, please!
Cheeseburger with mushrooms and caramelized onions, or turkey burger with guacamole and red onions?
Oh no... I'm so sorry, Dill. Losing a pet is always SOOOO hard. And your assistance dog... Then you're losing a friend AND an important source of help. Will you get another assistance dog straight away, or will you have to wait in between? That just sounds like a super difficult situation. :( It's going to be horrible no matter what, but I hope it all happens as calmly as possible, with no extra complications to make it even worse. And meanwhile, our thoughts will be with you.
Both of those burgers sound pretty good... I'm going to go with the mushrooms, though, because I get mushrooms so rarely, what with having a hubby that hates them...
Camping desserts:
Classic s'mores, or banana boats (bananas filled with chocolate chips, peanut butter, and marshmallows, wrapped in foil and set in the campfire until everything gets all melty and gooey and amazing)

No more dogs. We have our other dog, a smaller girl named Dixie who was Caiman's "hearing" dog -- he was unilaterally deaf -- and while she is useless for mobility assistance, she is sweet, and good with our son. Maybe someday I'll train up another assistance dog, but I've been doing better now than I was in my 20s when I got Caiman thanks to better management of my condition. Caiman was my heart dog, there will never be another I will love like him, and I am lost and broken without him. But as for pets, we have plenty still to keep me busy... Dixie, plus two cats, and in 8 days we'll be adding 10 chickens to the mix.
Blueberry cobbler, especially if I can use wild Alaskan blueberries -- they're the best!
Sushi or sashimi?
Well, at least the house won't be so quiet... I can't imagine losing someone that was so much a part of your life as that, but at least you don't also have to worry about transitioning to a new assistance dog. And I'm glad your condition is more manageable these days! And I'm sure you have lots of wonderful memories to remember Caiman by... :/
Ultimately, though, losing a pet like that just royally sucks. :( :( :( :( :(
Sushi. I love special flavor of sushi rice, and the combination with the nori, and then the fish added to that...
Okay, now for a simple, standard one: rice or pasta?

Baked potato with whatever fixins or Cross cut fried potatoes?
I love fries, but a baked potato with all the fixins? Sign me up.
French toast with butter and syrup, or waffles with fruit and whipped cream?
Oh tough one! Waffles with fruit.
BLT or Roast Beef Sandwich?
Grilled Cheese or PBJ?
Strawberries
Tiramisu or Creme Brulee?

Banana Custard or Chocolate Pudding?
Chocolate Pudding
Eggplant Parmesan or Mushroom Lasagna?
Eggplant parmesan! I love eggplant and can't stand fungus of any sort. XD
French onion or broccoli cheddar soup?
Do you have a rare item that just won't sell? Are you going through the high levels of Item Hunt? Or maybe you just HATE that blue bunny? Then you should join IHH helpers and IHH bargain in the forum groups!
French onion soup, especially if it comes complete with the toasted baguette pieces covered in gruyere...
