Cocoa pebbles, because they make the milk more chocolatey than the puffs do. Plus, sometimes the puffs make the roof of my mouth hurt. :O

Cheesecake!!! Any kind of cheesecake. I'm a good cook and baker, so I'm sure I could make my own, but for some reason it makes me nervous, and I've never tried it! And you rarely get proper cheesecake here... They have their own type, but it's more gritty than creamy. :/

The trick with most cheesecake is to put a pan of water on the shelf below and make sure it stays filled so that your oven is always moist. To make sure the 'cake is smooth, whip the cream before folding it in, after mixing the heck out of everything else. Pretty much any kind of cookie or cracker can be crumbled with some fat spice (if you like) and sugar to make a crust, freeze that in your springform pan before you start so that it stays crisp-ish.
