Honestly it'd be easier to help you sort out what you might buy VS not be able to get if you have all your desired CWs in one WL rather than several sections.

As far as private/ semi-private goes. These are items made for a group of people or are set at limited numbers and therefore typically only go to those who pay slot price/friend group. Or maybe one or two of a batch or recolors are considered "public" meaning anyone can buy them.

Take for example you have the Esoteric Fawn Wisps on your WL. Those I believe are private, so therefore not very likely to be sold, now the Cinnamon Fawn wisps are considered public, however the last copy sold for 7k csc($70) if I remember right.

As for an example of a semi- private, where one or two copies were up for public to have, but the rest go to the group of people. I have the only public copy I know of for 's the other 9 went to her friends (or whatever the conditions were for the item), so if I were to resell it I would need to ask her if it was ok first and then go from there. Items made in batches like this (private/ semi-private) when they go for sale tend to go for some crazy prices.

No problem :) The CW world can be a confusing one indeed. Once you get the idea of it though it's pretty easy to know what these terms mean and how likely you might be to find it. The other issue of finding CWs can stem from how many may not be out there due to people being frozen, that tends to take any items that person has out of the game altogether unless they get unfrozen :/
