I would file a ticket to see if they can look into your logs and see what has happened. We cannot reimburse anyone through the forums unfortunately so maybe a UA can!

Ah ok. I know I have /seen/ it before but back then when it happened, it was an issue of the person was refreshing really fast to use all their experience and they went into the negatives before the system had caught up that they were out of points.
