You should be able to remove the Facebook one from here: http://subeta.net/preferences.php?act=sidebar

The sidebar is on a cache, so I wonder if the order isn't sticking because the site hasn't had a chance to update it. I would suggest making a chance and then waiting 5-10 mins to see if it finally caches up.
