Yeah it would. This could also be an option Gen 3, but still a kanto-dex. And the flip part could be changed into a second screen for the overlay, similar to the sinnoh-dexes.

I don't know if you want a minion showing (Lapras doesn't evolve, right? I am so not up to date on all the new baby-/mega evolutions) and not having that could give some more room to play with the left side of it. Going back to something closer to the actual look is a possibility. Overlay + buttons on the left, and two smaller boxes on the right. One for the tabbed box and one for name+species+owner.

(also just brainstorming here, but you wanted friends included? if the friends are all other pokemon they'd be perfect in a team tab or something)

And anchor links don't cost extra. They're actually a lot easier to deal with because you can jam a lot of content into a smaller space. ^^

I'd like the to be able to have the HA in one and the About Me underneath it, everything else in one and then the comment box. n_n

Since there's a max of 3 columns that is only possible if you keep at least the HA and the about me section in the same column, with nothing else in it. That way I can position those two seperately without anything messing up. I can't pull anything from a scrollbox.

I am not entirely up-to-date on the new evolutions and whatnot either xD Hence why all of my Poke pets are Gen. 1, excluding Houndour who is Gen. 2. I don't think I would need a Minion showing for Lapras, but would you be able to add it to future profiles? I would like Minions for some of my other pets ^^; I think I would prefer to stick to the Gen. 1 Pokedex; whatever you'd like to do with it, I am totally fine with! I appreciate your creativity (: I am with you on not wanting it to be identical to Magcargo's profile, for sure. I just got too eager when I initially posted on your thread, LOL. I think it would be kinda cool to change the background to match their type, yeah? And yes, the Friends section was going to be strictly other Pokemon pets, so that is an excellent idea!

I shall start coding then. :) Might make one minor tweak before so. Am super tempted to add a special 'leave a comment' text, like 'send by owl'.

Okay, gen one it is then. I'll get to contacting and then I'll probably do some sketches of possible ways to change the setup. I can try to make two different ones, on with minion and one without.

And yes changing the background by type is definitely a good idea. You're not going to catch a Lapras in the grass afterall. ;)
