It's actually not out of circulation. Problem is that it almost never appears in the shop, and that's why it's so expensive.
I don't know if these technically qualify but are there any plans to re-release the Vanity Polar or Vanity Cocoa lines again for a little while? I've had my eye on these beauties for a while and there are only a handful of very expensive copies.

I think we need more experimental pet items in general and jellyfish.

Admittedly, I don't know much about it, other than it was in the crystal shop at some point. The other plushies for that achievement are sitting at around 4mill (Kangaroo is 14mill for some reason), which is pretty alright for achievement plushies, but this one is so much higher.
