Yeah I think I might be pleasantly mistaken. All the other CW prizes clearly state the cost and that they restocked at Fashion Yurts, which makes me hopeful.

is there really a reason to keep the ex-luminaire cards as retired? they are not associated with luminaire anymore so even to bring them back with the quests will make no sense, like out of all the snowy items there are those cards, maybe bring them back to the MC or to the TC shop as R99?

The Promo Cards are not non-existent, you just want them and don't want to pay the price. Nothing stays retired forever, so if wants to put them out so what if she does, I have no expectations.

I have about a hundred of each of the Promo Card in my Vault and have had them since ages ago when they first came out. The prices of many of these, I have been casually undercutting, just because someone tried to buy them out and I don't put all my cards out. There's no rhyme or reason why they sell the price they do other than that the demand on each card is IME random.

Watch the price drop, just like I did with Dr. Lockhardt. Or, y'know someone could try to buy me out and we shall see how fun Amber's item-drop is.
