For a second I thought our pets passed away on the same day a year apart minus time differences before I realized Bella passed on July 28, the day after my boyfriends birthday. It was the day my life crashed in on me too. I feel you.

Haha, that was me yesterday. I was all "I should be cleaning my house... but... subeta." And that's kind of how I feel right now. I should probably go to the gym this morning instead of hoping that I don't work later and can go to a class that I want to... cause with my luck I'll have to work and won't go at all.

Work is overrated. And I have a love/hate relationship with my job. I love my job, but some days I'm just not feeling it.. but if I don't get clients then I don't get paid.

I've been knocked back for every job I've applied for, even 6 times for 4 different mcdonalds even though they're meant to be on a 'hiring spree'.

It really is I've applied for so many but been knocked back. I'm thinking about just going and printing off my resume and half begging places to take me on. I had a job at maccas for like 3 years before i finished high school and moved interstate

That's what I did one year in uni! I printed off like 15 resumes and walked around a mall dropping one off like EVERYWHERE. And I ended up getting one. I hated it, but it was a job!

Its like most places here now do applications online so they don't appreciate you just dropping your resume off in person but its looking like what I have to do.

Oh my gosh I know the frustration. I would walk in and be like "here's my resume" and they would tell me to go online. I was like BUT IM STANDING IN FRONT OF YOU. YOU KNOW I'M A REAL PERSON WHO TOOK THE INITIATIVE TO COME DOWN HERE. So annoying.

I work in management right now and I would SO much rather hire someone who came in than someone who applied online.

I know right?! It's like I'm standing here, showing you I've taken more effort to find a job than someone sitting behind a screen!

I've tried so hard to find just any job that would fit in with accounting or finance but so many places want you to have at least a years worth of experience and I just don't have experience with the programs they have.

Spyke died a day before arrived at my place. So I had to get my shit together pretty quickly. But it still feels like I carry sadness with me.

Giving a wink to someone homophobic = gold. I had a gay classmate at uni and our classmates were scared of him (Our class = 2 girls, 1 gay guy, 20ish straight men). And every time someone went like: but ghee, he is gay what if he fancies me? Then he winked at them and rubbed over their leg if they happened to sit next to them.

Only thing I would change in the area where i live is that I live on the big street that connects two cities. It's ridiculously busy here, but once I go in the backyard or walk around the corner the noise and the cars are gone.
