When I put on the ThistleThief Rogue Heart Undershirt with a female base I get the male version on my HA. I tried other items, but it seems to be only this item that does this.

It actually does happen with some items. But it should only be the preview. If you were to save the HA it will save with the correct version. There is report out for it.
