Ooookay! Let's see if I can make this make sense. I'd like a dragon overlay for my pet Sayamisu. He's very much a typical European dragon: tall, with large wings, a long serpentine neck and a narrow, reptilian nose, four legs. I can't really find a picture of on google... he's very sleek, no horns or protrusions or anything. He's a Hydrus Paralix and I'd like to keep some of those elements in him, like the ears that have trailing finny bits to them, and the frill along the back. The frill starts around the haunches, though, it's not his entire back, it goes the length of the tail to end in trailing fins like that of a veiltail goldfish (like this, not very much visible split in the fins.

His color is a gradient of varying shades of blue and green. His head is dark blue and gradually fades to sea green around his stomach, the underparts are almost white... then starts darkening again along the length of his tail. His wings are a sort of jade green and his lower legs and feet are a sort of pale sandy color. His eyes are very blue, sort of sapphire (a lighter blue than his head).

Phew, I hope I included everything. Let me know if something needs clarification. I leave pose up to you (but as an aside, his toes are webbed)
