He's essentially made from never-ending oil and has a tendency to spark fires across his body just to terrorize people and blow things up...and himself up...because he feels like it. The oil still form the appearance of muscle, so he essentially looks like a skinned canine, just with oil.

Can he be in a running pose if that's alright with you? :'D
