You can tell from that smile and wink that she really really likes torturing her aerobics students. Temperance is the virtue that overcomes the sin of gluttony, and intemperance this is. They could hit their cardio goals and lose weight with a regime less strict than hers, so for them you know, it's Pride. For it's Gluttony.
