Is a comment like, "Wiping the EXP PTs is the 'worst' thing you can do and this should not happen EVER!! So I think the BAs should just agree with this fact and work on a solution see below" working with us, or is it telling us what to do?

We're leaning towards the 100k per intelligence point. Easiest to code, not game breaking.

You can do that if you like. As of today, though, level no longer counts in the overall rating in the statistics section (it still counts in the level ranking, of course). Intelligence still counts in overall rating.

That is not what I said at all.

To clarify, I meant that the way that one post was phrased was offputting, which is why I quoted it specifically. I was not making a statement about the thread in general.

I also was not (and am not) ignoring this thread. Purge and I are both reading it. I can't speak for him, but I have been insanely busy in my real life lately and haven't had the time or desire to sit down and debate this issue here. We (and Keith) have been reading the suggestions and leaving comments for each other about them on slack; as I said, we're leaning toward letting you buy intelligence.

We did make a decision to allow you to buy intelligence, and we wrote a news post about it... but that can't go up until someone actually codes it. So it's out of our hands for right now.
