I can put in a report for this but honestly I would report this via ticket. I don't know if or what can be done in time. I will still put my report in but I do urge you to if this is affecting you.

Well it seems they are already aware of the issue. There was a ticket made earlier. I when ahead and added you and Crash to the list.

Guys, I got back official word and they said, "it looks like if you chose random/free then its intentional that these can be transferred."
