Oh man, I'd love to see this! It has so much potential to be a gorgeous colour on pets, especially if it's not simply a recolour (as I have nothing against recolours but I think something like this would be even better with new poses to match/complement the colour scheme)

It'd be beautiful if the eyes were like that of the shard too. This makes me wanna do some mock ups or s/t I want there to be an actual potion just for more pretty aurora items too, HAHA...

The octoragon is one of my favorite minions and this is one of my favorite color schemes, so huge support from me! I think it would be pretty easy to differentiate this from the galactic pets and just looking at the other aurora items on site I know the artists would do a fantastic job!

I... was bored so I roughed up some concept art cos I really like this idea, idk if it's close to what you were thinking? I think this could be different enough to existing pets, more of a general glow than Spectrum, and with a focus on internal rather than external light, but more ethereal and calm than Blacklight and more natural and less... mystical (?) than Galactic. That said, getting though a similar process to Galactic could be cool, like it's the 'local/planet side' version of Galactic, like Spectrum and Blacklight are partners. Get all the gems but instead of taking them to whatshisname you combine them at Genetech? Galactic = gems + magic Aurora = gems + science

Your entire post in a nutshell would be pretty fabulous. I really love the way you used the colors (and that green, I'ma sucker for greens). Also I like the idea of it being gems + science. ARCTIC RESEARCH LAB RESEARCH WOULD BE A FUN PLOT/MINI THING LIKE TEMPEST.

But really I'd be happy to see this as a colorfill with just the added bonus of an aurora and/or glow. But also that color, subeta has a handful of colors but it still lacks the basics of nice blues/cool colors (galactic is on the tacky side, and far too happy.. and dusk, is typically kinda blindy), especially together. I think, in regards to purple, we only have Lilac and traces of pastels used with Angelic. We could use some more.

Oh god, yes please ;w; keeping an eye out for more rips in time and space, but finding these buggers instead. I think Galactic works for it's subject, it's flashy, it's gilted, it's magical and all about the looks, so I think an Aurora based pet being more subtle and understated with it's markings and pose and looking like it's focused on it's own thing would suit the 'science' foil.

Dusk is weird, for a time of day that's gloomy and hard to see in, we've got a really bright colour for it ._. I... can't think of another with purple, not a dark purple anyway...

Oh no wait, there's DM... I always kinda forget that one (it's uh... I'd die happy if it was magically replaced with Neopet's Wraith color.. I never thought I'd actually said Neopets did something pet related better than subeta, but in the market of black + purple, they won by a landslide). Yeah.

Galactic isn't awful, but it is cheery and the pet matching the aura kinda blends together too well (maybe that was the intention though), I'm a fan of subtle auras that compliment don't distract so what can I say. I definitely love the idea of a thoughtful and I dunno, majestic almost... it'd really suit a color like this.

I had to look that up but wow... yeah... das cool. I think I always think of DM as black with purple highlights rather than purple, so I didn't think of it XD

I like it, but it's not a colour I've ever found a use for, this one would be a different story. I have a robotic pet that dwells in Earth's orbit, it'd suit them nicely ;w;

OMG, i'm so happy you gave up your time and took up the challenge cause my attempt was hella ugly... so ugly! Love how he turned out, especially this aura trails/aflsfljsdklfjskdj!! ❤️ Never even considered gems+science combo! That makes sense cause the aurora is a chemical reaction. Please Subeta i've never asked for anything, but I would love an Aurora colour. D8

I'm glad you like it =P I love the Aurora, I've never been lucky enough to see it irl (curses friend who flew through it), but I really want to, and this is a colour I'd definitely use. I tend to lean away from the 'magical' colours, so this would be right up my alley ;w; I need some more variety in my pets >_>;

Come back in about 600 years and I might be able to draw a mecha toe at 5% of your standard. I think now that i've seen a pic and can visualise it properly i'm just likelfjlsjdklfjlkswhatisenglishdjfdkj?! If you ever get a chance to go to Iceland with some mates, do it!!
