I think you already got a pretty clear description regarding the wizard tokens, but if you are familiar with Neopets, you can also think of them as like dubloons - it is a secondary currency, but it can be used in many parts of the site ^__^ They are also super ETS, so you can make lots of sPs selling them, if you don't have any immediate use for them.

When I was new I always sold them for sP, because I wanted to work on my pets, buy items for my wardrobe etc. Now I sit on them more, in case I ever need them for the Token Shop, or Blackheart Hollow restocks.
