I had butterfly bruise-- and then after redeeming it I got infected by it again. My avatar was still normal with the progression until I hit the final stage-- in which case my avatar now shows up as a broken image for me. It shows up just fine in the wardrobe (normal and beta) and I have tried resaving it with the default skin as well as butterfly bruise but unfortunately, I still end up with a broken image.

I think I had something different going on. My ha had been wiped clean, all the items removed when I came online that day. But I haven't had it happen again.

Yeah was just infected lol I finally had to remove all my items several times no backdrop so I'm not sure what happened as this was right after I was finished with Blistered Hearts and before being infected with Fever
