But, I would like to have only the background show and the rest on hover, like this: http://subeta.net/pets/Arirang. I would like the option of being able to add things to the background, like snowfall or an overlay, too. What would that cost?

Does it have to have a box? Or would it just be easier to do it that way? Idk maybe that would work better. I was thinking along the lines of what I have now, but making it all disappear until you hover on it. And being able to manipulate the background and add art and fun stuff. 5m is fine.
