Has anyone else got trouble removing their skin? I have a been a butterfly bruise from eons ago. I've never tried to remove my butterfly before, but I can't seem to do it.

I have gone through beta wardrobe, skins, choose none - and i see my basic skin in the wardrobe, I click SAVE and it goes SAVED! (with the exclamation) so I know it worked.

I have waited 15 min and did a hard refresh, cleared cache and I still have my skin on my HA and I can't sign up for a new strain :(

When I close and re-open the beta wardrobe, it shows my HA as a naked HA with no butterfly skin (as I had tried to save it)

I did have to file a ticket to have the butterfly bruise skin selectable in my beta wardrobe, but I have never taken it off before u_u;

[edit]Now my ha disappeared altogether it seems.

That is odd, I just took off my frosting skin to get the skeleton one... It worked just fine for me !

Edit: I should probably add that I've taken it off in the past.

were you also manually awarded your skin?

some people can't even load my avatar. all my previews have disappeared too u_u;;

No ma'am. I should have noted that, too.

The cache for the forums hasn't caught up for me, but my HA is showing elsewhere no problems. So this is either that strain or just manually awarded skins.

My HA is also not showing up. My HA disappeared as well. Should I also open a ticket ?
