I've been bitten several times and I still have no strain. Am I doing something wrong? Am I glitched? I filed a ticket because the whole getting bitten process isn't very clear.

You need multiple bites (I think it needs to be from multiple users as well) to get a strain. I think someone said you need around 4? I had asked 5 people for bites total, I got a couple of those (and my infection) while afk

I too appear to have a different infection than I signed up for. I don't THINK I hit the 25k button, but in all honesty I keep over 80mil on hand on an average day, so literally I'd never know if I did or not. But I wanted the dark, shadowy new strain, and instead I have that heart one. Not sure how it happened or if it can be undone...glad I checked here, though, because otherwise I wouldn't have even known which strain I'd had, because I'd have not had that preview link.

I don't think I've been infected yet at all. I chose a 2010 strain 24 hours ago, and every time I go to the page it just says thank you for volunteering but we've got a massive backlog. I have the option to back out still (I don't want to back out).

i dont seem to have any thing happen to me as well. paid for it and got a bite so not sure i paid for the 1mil for the older ones boobtis one and was bittern as well i think its starting to show :)

When loading the (Beta)wardrobe, my infection shows briefly then my HA loads on top of it. I'd like to make an outfit around it but I can't see it. Anyone else having that problem?

Fun fact: the infection shows in Saved Outfits (old wardrobe). I found that the easiest way to create an outfit around the infection was to click Save Outfit, and then clicking Load Saved Outfits to see what it looks like. :D

I am experiencing the same problem. I hope this gets fixed soon. I also hope that the new infections show up as unlockable skins.

The infections are partly showing under the base in the Beta Wardrobe. While loading, it shows it but then it stops and the human base take over.

Would be nice to get it fixed? I kind of want to use my skin ...

I cannot see my infection in the wardrobe as well. Would be nice to be able to build an HA around it...

I can only see the outline of the fins in my wardrobe. No skin/facial features of the virus. It's as if our base skins are covering the virus. It's annoying because this mouth is so weird to cover up XD

I have a feeling we won't be able to see the full virus HAs in our wardrobe until we can claim them as skins....

Mine is now fully developed and I can see it in the beta. Oddly the eyes I have, which are one of the ones from the wardrobe and not a wearable, are above the infection skin. Not complaining though haha.

My infection doesn't show up at all in the old wardrobe, and in beta it shows up underneath the HA. I hope it is fixed soon because it is really annoying trying to make a HA on the skin, first saving it and then going on a separate page to see if the HA items actually fit...

It would be really love if you could make the infections show up on top of the base... I for one, would love to make HA's that complemented my progression, but cannot. It's rather difficult to try to imagine a wacky skin and play around.
