Before any further action is taken, I wanted to respond to a few comments made here:

1. On top of the general site and forum rules, each forum and sub-forum has it's own set of rules. These rules differ between each forum/sub-forum. For example, the rules for Achievements and Small Talk are not the same.

2. Filing additional tickets or reports will only slow the process down further. There is likely behind the scene discussion going on that you have not been privy to.

3. Creating a new thread after a moderator closed out the previous one may come with rule-breaking consequences. I would suggest against it.

4. This may appear to be a really simple issue to resolve, but there are other factors to consider. The mini-mod acted in accordance to the rules established for her forum. The decision to lock the thread you claim as being "broken" and unlocking the new one may not be within her right to make. Nor, within the scope of this particular UA. Rule exceptions and amendments have to come from the top. The best solution is to actually have this particular bug fixed, and the UA has notified the programmers.

5. Please have some patience! I understand this is frustrating, but pinging a bunch of people and filing multiple reports is only going to upset staff members. No one is ignoring your reports - they just likely aren't available right now (i.e. Tanya has been offline for over a day). This issue will be corrected in some form, so please hang in there! :)
