Hello. 1st I'd like to say what an AWESOME job you did on here!! Next, I know I've been here along time but illnesses and medications rob me of my memory and a new phone has taken away ALL my bookmarks! ): May I ask how do you get to the JOB AGENCY?? All my pets have jobs but I need to COLLECT my $$ but do not know how to get there. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Again, this is a VERY helpful and informative post I don't even know if the Job Agency would be the same link for everyone, so you could attach a one so people like me could get there. Unless you already do and in that case I will also let you know I am practically blind. I have to have the phone 1 inch from my eye w/the other eye shut just to read/see the screen. No joke!! :P Hope you had a great holiday and will have an incredible New Year!!

While it is a little hidden, there is a link to the Job Agency on the first page. Click on: INTRO TO THE JOB AGENCY (CLICK TO EXPAND) and you will find Job Agency in the first 4 words. :) Also, the Agency is located in Centropolis. It's the "fat" building on the right side. I have to say I'm impressed with your determination. I've tried playing on my phone and think I would quit if that was my only option. You go girl! :)

hey, sorry for the late reply, looks like Its_Just_Me answered your question though :) I'm glad the guide has been helpful. I'm not sure how to make it easier to read on a cellphone. Is there a different font color and/or size that's easier for you to see? I can at least make the links a bit more obvious, and add a picture showing where in Centropolis it's located :)

Well here we go again. New jobs, more promotions! After we were given a new pet slot from the Quest-A-Thon I went to the MC and bought another (80 Million!) so I have an even number. I stashed books while waiting so they're over half way to top tier. For some reason all my new ones start at the Delphi Museum. I've forgotten to get them into their job right at roll over so tonight I'm keeping tabs open. Tonight they get hired! Riza, your revamped opening post looks really nice and does appear to be very clear to someone whose first language isn't English. I'm so thankful for this thread now that we seem to be getting new pet slots about every 6 months. , Thanks for protecting it. (maybe you'll get to the Tropics next year!)
Thanks for creating this guide Riza. I used the handy tool shared in your very first post to go ahead and quit jobs, re-employ my pets at the best jobs available to them. So happy to have found this info here!
I have a pet in every job position top levels. I am so waiting for a new job to open up!

Wow thank you so much for this, I always thought Subeautique paid the most so I'm so happy to find out that there are 2 jobs that pay even higher than that! I just made a bunch of my pets quit their jobs so we can move onto bigger and better things haha!
Does anyone wonder about job satisfaction? I mean, our pets are in the top spots (read: dead end positions) with NO chance of advancement.... maybe we should petition subeta do give cost of living salary adjustments to pets that have been in the same jobs for years... I'm just saying... ;)
I'd love for this area of the site to be updated a little. I'm trying to get more pets to top positions but it gets a bit stale.

@ Wiz What would you suggest for an update? Half my pets are working their way up Subeautique but it's slow going as I just don't have the time to get their Intelligence up. You're right in that it's gotten stale, but how do you think it can be improved? I couldn't think of something if my life depended on it.
Maybe like each job has certain skills you can train in or something. These skills can effect what rewards you get when you collect your income. So if you trained in something like Finance for your job, it can give you 10% more income. Or if you trained in Marketing it would give you a chance at getting r90-r99 items. Allowing you to customise each job for each pet. Though it sounds like it'd be a lot of work!
I'm also working on the subetautique job levels as that seems the most cost effective. Getting to 670 intelligence costs me around 15mil sP each time, with a lot of those books being restocked too.

A pet could train in a subject and once they hit 100% at the subject they'd get a degree. A degree would get them a 5% increased chance of a bonus at work (max two increases from degrees for max 10% increase bonus chance) (bonuses either random +1-3 stats boost, pay increase by x1.5 for the day, or an item). Each employer would have a list of 2-4 degrees that would count for them (link to incomplete example list).
A pet could study/train 2 subjects at at time if they have a job, or 4 at a time if they're unemployed. Each degree would take x months to complete (the same number for any degree) (I kinda like 3 months per degree. If there were 12 possible degrees that would be 18 months for an employed pet to get them all, or 9 months for an unemployed pet.) Lots of potential for achievements and forum titles.
A pet could get a job based on degrees or stats alone, but a pet would need to meet both the stats requirement and the degree requirement to be promoted to the top position (any pet already employed at the time of the change would be exempt from this as long as they stayed at their current employer). Chance of getting a bonus from meeting the stats requirement for a job would be 10% (would replace whatever the current bonus stats chance is). So if a pet met both the stats requirement and had 2 relevant degrees they'd have a 20% chance at a bonus whenever their income was collected.
Number of days required for promotions would remain unchanged.

That sounds like a great idea! Pets at the top position could still get degrees for increased bonus chance (maybe the bonus could be in sP? Or a work perk? or intel, why not....)
