My minion is gaining xp but not leveling up? Also after every fight it says end fight and I have 2 ability points what are they for I have battled a few times and nothing is changing

I am conflicted with this new "minion zoo". I didn't think we really needed a new battling aspect to the site especially with minions it seems .. odd. I tested it, and it seemed pretty boring but i will cont. to test it out maybe i will change my mind. Also have not decided yet if i want to throw my whole minion collection into the new zoo type collection or just keep them all in my gallery. It seemed such a weird timing for this when so many other things are going wrong with the site to push this out as well.

I would have much rather seen some sort of minion drive/ minion saving/ donation event like the past book drive than this. Its just not something i expected of subeta and i have seen it on other similar pet sites already in the past.

I wanna know why my Mourner Spider has all the abilities you can learn in the edit minion abilities. Why doesn't it have it's own moves? Like the rest of the minions? Battling with it super hard.

wish i could see it :) very curious for this minion zoo en for the battling and the reward system ( loot - points- trophies - mini medallions or stars or whatever) :):)

will there be a "little bar"( ______) like on the the training page, that shows us if you used the minion already in a battle or not ?? because there are quite alot of minions and if we need to click them all to see, if it already battled or not ? if the bar is red you didnt use it yet to battle if its green that minion fought his first battle or has made some progress - would be uber useful in my opinion - maybe those that are used more often can jump to a 'popular page' and the others can drop back to the "idle section" of the zoo or so :)

I do want to say that I'm hugely in support of this feature. Although it won't be for everything, not all of the site functions are. Over time I can see this growing and being quite fun ^.^ I like regular battling, but that becomes rather mundane after awhile, especially since you don't gain experience after 10 battles and it takes forever to gain stats. This is a perfect "in between", while having a different set of rules to battle with. I understand where some of you are coming from, saying there are many other aspects of the site that can be updated/improved before this is a major project, but I can also see how staff can become bored of trying to deal with coding that A) keeps breaking B) Is plain boring to deal with. Updates on pet's images are more of an artist's deal .-. Staff are people, too and want something fun and new to keep them entertained. Can't wait to see what additions are made! 加油！

well this is interesting! Fighting seems to be working for me, more interested in to zoo aspect :)

While it is a cute new feature it feels very Pokemon-y to me? Battling works well but it doesn't seem as if I can do anything with my ability points. And goodness, Smilie Croissant really fails at battling.

I've noticed that no matter what minion you battle with they can only do 2 points of damage per round including the computer opponent. Fire Panda can win more battles with the low stats it has. Frosting Kitty had high stats and can't get hardly anywhere and it gets beat by computer minions with very low health. Colebare is the same way with high stats of 10 and can't get anywhere in the zoo arena. Fire Panda has very low stats and can beat a computer opponent with 10 health. Some minions have a different set of moves to choose from than other minions do. Fire Panda has limited moves and it does an awesome job so far in this beta test very impressive. Frosting Kitty and Colebare have the same long list of moves that doesn't get them anywhere in the beta test although they do try their little hearts out so to speak. I've only tried it out with the 3 minions listed here so far. It's all I've had time for. It takes longer for this forum to load than it does trying to battle with the minions since the link to the minions is in the forum post. Once this feature is worked out the way you want just imagine how much fun it will be ^_^.

I agree; I initially thought that this was a way to showcase your minion collection more and then would branch out to other sorts of collections users have (Like say, being able to display your favorite items, etc.)

I honestly do not get it. why make this a feature? No one demanded it, I haven't seen it the suggestion threads...

Literally the second game I've played where the cute non-combat pets suddenly get their own combat stuff. I this an annoying trend; now people want to basically have a pokemon add-on? because that's what these are when it boils down to it. Cute, small pet battling other cute small pets for rewards. At least there isn't a capture feature 8I

Edit: Tested it. Plain battling system, not much there. Pretty much what other users have been saying. Also, can I just mention how much it sucks to basically have your minion lose all of its levels if you take it out? Why? Also wow . I don't even know how to react to that.

My army of Granny Apples shall RISE. I will literally only play this to have all my Granny Apples showcased at level 1000 each kicking all minion ass. (and for the achievements)

I do not like the idea ob battling for the minions!

I would, however, greatly appreciate just a place (zoo) where they can be collected.

I don't see any use for them battling as well and it seems really confusing to me. I will never use that feature, I'm sure of it.

I wish you wouldn't over complicate things just for the sake of complicating. Why can't we just have a PLAIN minion zoo (with achievements)? :(

I don't remember when I last battled, that probably would be when I last posted on here. However I have been starting to warm up to the collection part of this. I'm just going to wait until this isn't in beta so I won't lose any minions if something happens.

I have an army of over 300 that I want put in my "zoo". XD

Maybe when my battle pet caps out, I'll try this.
