Just saying but my super rare repair bot has less starting stats than a normal pet..

That seems odd to me.. is it because its newer? or because it a dragon? IDK

What I've seen so far has been interesting and i'm looking forward to seeing what comes next in the process.

So, i'm curious if the Sorting of Minions we did some time back ties into this in some fashion?

Will we have a Minion Zoo link on the profiles at some point? I'd rather like to be able to show them off like any other collection.

Perhaps the option of naming a minion could come with a certain level as a reward? If i'm going to the trouble of training something up to level 100 or whatever, it would be nice to acknowledge the work that went into it.

I've had the weird healthbar glitch (it fluctuates at random, breaks out of its box, and gives me decimals), I once clicked 'Play Again' after I lost and got booted to the News page (ROOD), but overall I don't think anything overly ODD has happened. oh, I'm using a Red Snow Fairy, in case that's any help in regards to this.

I think it's a really neat idea, and I'm glad I have somewhere to stuff my massive hoard of minions other than my Vault. the fact that you can actually DO stuff with them other than let them gather dust is really great too, AND getting to take them out of the collection whenever you want?

You have 145 items on hand. Yeah, that's 145 minions the zoo doesn't seem to want to take.

Petpet battling at Neo was entirely random. There's some simple strategy here.

not only do half the abilities not work there's no effect whatsoever from pet stats. My Hayt has a Str of 2 and Def of 1 and none of its stats except HP increase with level. It's much more vicious and deadly than my Skritskrit which started out with 10 and 10 and has gained four points in each and has 30HP now. It appears to be entirely (broken) Ability-based.

I see no effect from stats, I don't think they matter.

They fixed it shortly after I posted it, I do believe. Her stats returned to normal once she gained a level.

Now this sounds neat from an organizing standpoint - can you opt out of 'battling' per se? I'd rather not have folks come across my collection and try to use my minions like pokemon trainer battles lol. ~Kai

Alright so here's my feedback...

So after putting over 400 minions in the zoo it looks like a mess... D: Could there be any way to sort the minions added? Have an option to sort them by name or maybe high-low with the levels/different stats.

The move "minion to inventory" button or maybe resized. Easily accidentally click that instead of the pet in the next row, who knows maybe I want to fight with ALL my pets.

An idea I had would be to maybe have an active pet or something at the top of the screen with maybe a big "BATTLE AGAIN" button. Something that would clear up the sheer chaos of the swarm of pets. Maybe even like what you added to the games room have goals or achievements up there. Just to help I made a preview of what I'm talking about in a sense.

Personally since I had all my minions in a gallery why not make some of the menu options similar to that even but add in the pets stats and stuff like this:

I haven't done much with the battling yet but first impressions seems a bit bland. Not entirely sure whats going on. Hope some of my input helps, you guys have a great idea and would love to see where this goes.

That dragon minion is new I think, and I've noticed newer minions (from about Morostide on) have those 10/10/10 stats, so I don't think they've been stated right.

Probably been said already but:

I've managed to get an Afterglow to level 5 and I still have no idea what I'm doing. What is the bar at the bottom? Can I use one "attack/ability" at a time or two? What constitutes a turn? Are the abilities actually working? Is healing working? So confusing! I wish this was anything like Pokemon - I get that just fine!

I'm more interested in the "zoo" part of this - can we sort our minions into categories? Are there tiny cages? Different habitats?

Interesting that this is what the "help us sort hundreds of minions!" thing months ago was for. How long have staff been working on this? It's interesting, but . . . there are so many other things I'd rather have the staff (and someone programmed this, surely? so programmers too) working on. Or, working on fixing.

After a few fights (with the minion Kawl) I was redirected to the news page instead of the minion battle page (as I clicked on the End Battle button)

I really hope you are right otherwise whats the point of getting the super rares/artifact pets?

Haven't tried the battling side yet, but another for the 'yes, a place for minions!' group. ;) Re-golded so I could start moving from gallery and checking it out.

For those that have mentioned the move all button not working, in my experience it works the first time you click it. After that, it doesn't, but at that point if you look in the address bar is at the end of the URL and refreshing the page performs the same function as clicking the button the first time. So far, in the minions I have moved, I haven't had any that haven't imported with the move all button/refresh (no manual add to zoos from inventory required).

If you move them from zoo to inventory then back they lose all their experience. Just warning people

If it isn't known already I'm still going through the topic you can Overheal. Of course I'd love for this to be intended, but thought I should bring it up. :P Also, info text before the week is up on some things would be really helpful.

I imagine that bottom bar plays the same part it did on NG, being that it is kind of like energy you can use to active more powerful Abilities. And I'm guessing that there is a chance for you to crit the bar up to full power in one turn, or else it's doing it randomly unintentionally and that should be looked into.

And I'm guessing there is some sort of algorithm for if attacks miss or crit and it'd be helpful to just see some text stating whether an attack makes contact or not. I'm still kind of confused how all these numbers come into play and it's still kind of hard to determine what's going on, made even worse with battle going longer, tbh.

Personally I wouldn't use this as a collection thing. I have a gallery I use for my minions. But I do like the idea of the minion battling. I've been battling for a while since the news post came out. It's pretty fun :D
