The staff announcement board had a normal user post in it that sent a notice out that there was a new announcement. It's been moved.

Oh...well this is a case where it really can't be locked since people like me (not staff but not normal users) will occasionally post. This really isn't a bug. But since the topic has already been moved, I will lock this up.
