at least it didn't freeze - when we get a slight dusting of snow, it tends to be frozen on the base, so you slide like crazy o.O ....it'd be nice to get some snow here this winter though!

hehe we had freezing rain one night when I was in junior school, and one of the teachers put our artwork she'd been marking in a large bag, sat on it, and slid down her road to get to school without falling over :P

Sounds good! I had to head out wayy to early today for an appointment.. so I had a long nap. 👼 And finished up knitting a washcloth while I am watching food shows on tv. lol

hopefully the appointment wasn't too terrible, but that sounds like a great way to spend the rest of the day :D They had the colouring magazine in stock, and I got a couple of colouring pencils to try out as well (not sure which ones I want to go with, so I bought a couple of colours to try them out, rather than getting a box set) ;)
