Item AND username hovers do not work in the Trade Center

I thought this was on purpose because there weren't any posts about it from other users or anyone really complaining about it. Even if it was, it bothers me greatly. Please tell me it's just a bug.

I've noticed this for a few days now and it bugs me too. I hope it's just a glitch and that we'll get hovers back in trades.
