Mostly if you want to get a disease you can check them all: here It does not have this year's infections however. After that you - go to the Voluntary Infection Program Page and look in the year that the disease you want is from. I can help you with the descriptions. Beyond that, its mostly kissing for hearts and going to the Den and L'Amour's shop to get all the new stuff you want.

SO EXCITED. Trying to get bitten by a skeleton, so I can get the skin. I did some biting but honestly, it's too much of a hassle.
I am trying for Butterfly Bruise - got 2 bites so far. Need more. Have you seen if there's a skeleton biting board in the Survival forums yet? Since there's that achievement it looks like people are being helpful about the biting.
