When you try telling someone who doesn't deal with the blizzards and sub-zero temperatures they always think you're crazy, just like we do when they tell us it's raining in January, LOL! I was born in northern California but I was pretty little when we moved to Minnesota so this is the only place I know. I can't imagine living where you don't have 4 well-defined seasons and very few dangerous snakes xd

We're under a wind-chill advisory again that I think will stretch throughout the weekend but then its suppose to start warming up. I can't wait to see and feel above zero weather.

I keep forgetting about it, I'm sure once things settle down here I'll find more time to stalk that dusty cave tho. Gratz on another awesome catch!

Blackheart Hollow is totally random, the only catch with it as you've already found out is you'll get the boot for stopping in too often. As Sydney said earlier if you wait around 20 - 30 minutes between checking you're usually safe but I've gotten tossed out even then a few times. You'll get the hang of how often to check with a bit of practice =)

We had that kind of weather again last night, but it was only a little snow and a whole lotta blow from ol' man winter. It never ceases to amaze me that people who seem to be great drivers take their lives in the hands by pressing a 4x4 button inside their truck because that'll fix everything lol! 2 wheels, 4 wheels, 18 wheels, it doesn't matter how many wheels, when you're on ice none of them can stop you from going into a spin. That takes common sense.

Omy, those are gorgeous! I could look at those creations all day. And you're right, it wasn't that the sugar/syrup was diabetes friendly, I got caught up reading about it which led me to more and more types of sugars and things I've never heard of.

Bug is near Panama City and she told me she was going to go out on the deck with her morning coffee but it was too chilly the other day. I laughed so hard at that.. when she was a kid, keeping her inside was all but impossible even during the worst of snowstorms and wind-chills and now she can't deal with 50 degrees!?

usually I prefer that my HA looks the way I look (or could look). My daughters love it if I dress her sort of pink - or girly. I prefer blue and normal looking. So Jeans and stuff. Same with the hair.

I love loooong blonde wigs - but as for myself my hair is short and brown. So I do a lot of changes, specially if the kids request one.

Darn I would be mad as heck. I hope it behaves better when you try again.

we have tornadoes, brown recluse and heat heat heat.. I was using my air conditioner as late as November for a few days.

Hello all,how is the day?

Kelly came over and jumped the battery and now it's running again. The problem probably is the fact that during the winter I let it just sit for days at a time. Now that it's getting warmer I must get out and run it every day, even if I don't go anywhere. I took the opportunity since it was running to go fill up my gas tank. I get nervous when it gets to a quarter of a tank. While I was there the guy on the opposite side of me had something just POURING out under his truck and I pointed it out to him. Hopefully it was just a case of him overfilling the tank and not a major leak.

I can deal with snakes (mostly by avoiding them) but tornadoes scare the hell out of me. Even so, I'd rather risk them then move up north.

You can go to O'Reilly auto parts and have them test the battery to see if its still good or not. Maybe if you can in the winter let your cr run 5 minutes a day to help with batttery charging. I wont let mine gas tank go under 1/4 tank either, its just not safe for that to happen to a woman alone. Same with my cell, I never leave house it isnt fully charged. Oh boy I hope your right that the guy doesnt have issue with his vehicle. Nice of you to point it out!

It's a fairly new battery, I bought it last year. I'm pretty sure it's all my fault for letting it sit idle. I just hate getting out in the winter.

Another thing to add to the list if I was your neighbor, LOL. But then the rub comes in, one good deed for the day allows me to misbehave the rest the day.

We sure do, hence me always sneaking up on my sons and startling them. I get a colorful reaction physically and verblly sometimes. Makes it worth it.
