M&M is pretty random and the cards are pretty unevenly powered, so prepare to lose a lot to get the tie. I made myself play three games per day and no more until I got it. IME the Mahar doesn't respond well to being poisoned so be lucky and get and use those kinds of cards on it when its hits are low and then don't heal yourself, even if it means choosing the Aphrodite cards to discard.

I found one good idea, get both players down to 3 points and then use Slash on the Guardian that deals three points if it's killed.

- Welcome back! From my travel experiences, dealing with jet lag is always worse when you're traveling west to east. East to west seems much easier to catch up on.

I don't have much strategy, I mostly just hope I get good attack cards. I am very close to being done with the regular games, that's why I'm giving thought to how to tie. Once I finish the achievements, I am DONE with this game.

I'm not sure that there's much in the way of strategy to play this game. If you get bad cards, nothing will save you. Before the current iteration of the game the Maze wouldn't try to win and you could get utterly curbstomped by bad cards and then miraculously survive until the re-deal. Now it does try to kill you and bad cards are just the end.

FWIW I would scratch scratchcards in another window while waiting for the Maze to make its move.
