Huh!! Well that was lucky haha!! Clearly a twist of fate for you to run out of your tablets :3! I have the implant in my arm cause I was horrific at taking it x.x! Different times every day and most times I forgot haha! It was an accident waiting to happen xD!

Today I got hired as a full time microbiologist :3!! I only completed my degree two weeks ago and the final grade isn't confirmed but they said I impressed them so much they don't care :D!!!

Saw a guy fall against a wall yesterday and stop moving. His buddy yelled at him a bit and apparently couldn't handle it so he ran across the street. When I got closer he sure didn't look like he was breathing. The fall pose was very unnatural. Not like someone homeless who just needed a place to pass out and gave up on trying to find somewhere safe to do that. I'd like to say it occurred to me that I wouldn't do a good job CPR because I'm still fighting off the last of this viral pneumonia, but that'd be a lie. I didn't even haul myself down on my cane to check if he had a pulse, so pretty much all my first aid training went out the window. Instead I panicked and ran (..hobbled apace?) home to call emergency services. They got there immediately, and he was not dead, so yay! It looked like they were feeding him some electrolyte solution and then he was holding it himself.

I would be pretty useless in that situation myself. I don't even know CPR.

: Please remember your CPR training, you are not obligated by any law to perform CPR, but you did the right thing, you initiated EMS by calling for help. That is the first thing to do in any of those scenarios and you did it. You cannot be held legally or morally obligated for not doing anything that is beyond your ability. So, I'm glad you called EMS and the outcome was positive. Way to go.
