I have found out the procedure tomorrow is similar to an epidural and should remove 80% of my backpain which will be great if so.. cross fingers! :)

Four hours of travel and now home I have hit a wall. Unfortunately, my family here had other plans than for me to take it easy and get some rest so it's been pretty much non-stop since I got here. I have a mountain of laundry to wade through, a book fair and open house to attend last night for my grandkids, no water in the kitchen until around 11:00 this morning so a mountain of dishes and a huge kitchen to clean before I could even think about getting on here.Completely exhausted emotionally and physically. Crying at the drop of the hat and totally pessimistic and a grouch. Trying hard to get my calm back and continue with what I know I have to do. I really just want to crawl in a hole somewhere and pretend it's all gone away. But I can't and I won't. Damn... now I'm crying again. Sorry to unload on y'all but I'm just ....

Oh my friend I am so sorry you are going through this.It is so hard on a Daughter/Son when their parent does not know who they are.

We ARE All here for you so please take care of yourself and try and get some rest if possible we are here if you want to talk or just rant.

Thank y'all for your uplifting me. It's just gonna get harder from here on out, especially since my other sister that rotated weeks out with me will no longer be able to after May. We are trying to find a solution right now so that I will not have to be there full time. Nothing has presented itself as of yet but I covet your prayers on this. It's very hard for me not to be home for my two daughters and grandkids. As it is I miss half the year with them now. My youngest daughter is 16 and she will be entering her senior year next school year. She has stepped up so much here at my home while I am away, babysitting, cooking and cleaning. But she misses her mom something terrible. I will be able to take them with me some of the time this summer but not all of the time. I just can't deprive them, or the grandkids mom/my oldest daughter of being here at home with their friends and family the whole summer. Though it all looks hopeless at the moment I know that God is faithful and never gives us more than we can handle. He's pushing it a bit in my opinion but I know he has a plan. Y'all are wonderful support and I appreciate y'all so much!

I'm sorry you're going through such a tough time right now - I remember when my MIL got to the point where she didn't know anyone any more, but we didn't have to take care of her and it sure sounds rough. I wish you strength (your family as well) and hope things will improve for you. In the meantime know we're thinking of you!

We find that when we finally can crawl into that hole and pretend it will all go away that we no longer need to crawl into that hole. I hope for you, within this hurricane your life is right now, that you find a moment or two where you can sit down and have a cup of something (tea, coffee, wine). Just a moment, then get back and keep going. We say this too shall pass. It does.

That is so difficult, my Ma stayed intact though she had PTSD yet life gets messy as she left sans saying good bye, best of luck to you!!
